The news channels have pre-empted other shows...to talk about snow. All schools have closed. Delays of up to 2 hours were authorized for Federal Employees. There is maybe 2-3 inches of snow on the ground - in SOME locations. Slush on the roadways. It's pretty funny - and I can only imagine what the people on the East Coast think of the hysteria. As many of you know, I wasn't able to be there for the birth of my niece yesterday because of a performance Liam was in at school. This video is my proof ;)

At Liam's school, every so often they bring in what they call an "Artist-in-Residence". These brave and wonderful people typically stay for about 6 weeks or so and work with all the classes a couple of times a week.
